This deck was inspired by an idea of an outdoor living space that could be used in any weather. It includes a privacy screen, bench seats with storage underneath and a translucent roof to let in the light.

Our client installed an aluminium door into her lounge and wanted to tidy up the front entrance. We built a small, covered in area that offered more space and a warm welcome to guests.

This shed was a storage space for a busy family of four. Koda Construction recycled two of the original windows and door and insulated and lined the floor, walls and ceiling. This light filled space is now a music and sewing room, enjoyed by their whole family.

These clients wanted to sharpen up their property by removing boundary shrubs and foliage, and replacing them with a slat fence. As well as looking extremely attractive, a slat fence increases privacy and is easy to repair.
